About The Venue
The International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC)

Accessibility
Tactile flooring is provided at egress points including at main entryways, staircases, and escalators. Entrances to the grand ballroom and nearby elevators directly servicing the grand ballroom are not marked with tactile tiles. The Grand Ballroom doors feature an automatic push button to exit, to enter, guests may pull the door to trigger the assisted opening.
The venue can be accessed stair-free from ICC Sydney’s formal taxi and car drop off points, both carparks (P1 and P2), as well as from the Convention and Exhibition light rail stops. All permanent ramps throughout the venue interior are gradient compliant for people who use mobility aids or prams

Audio description professionals will work closely with the Elevate the Stage organizers and performers to ensure that their descriptions are accurate and informative.
Open captioning will be displayed on the large screen in the Grand Ballroom during the concert
Induction loop hearing augmentation systems are provided in the Grand Ballroom and Grand Ballroom Foyer. Complimentary hearing loops are available and can be provided to guests free of charge with a form of photo identification. The hired device must remain on ICC Sydney premises and be returned at the conclusion of the day.
Auslan interpretation will be provided on the big screen during the concert.
In around the vicinity of the Grand Ballroom, braille signage is provided in the following locations:
• Elevator buttons
• Emergency exit
• Hearing loop information at entry points to the Grand Ballroom
• All toilet entrances
Accredited service animals are welcome inside the venue. To assist our team, please display their identification badge or medallion. If your service animal needs to relieve itself, please notify one of our friendly customer service team members who will direct you to the nearest grassy outdoor area.
If required, a bowl of water can be provided for your service animal upon request – please enquire at one of our customer service desks.
